Privacy notice

This notice explains what OperatorGateway (operatorgateway.com) does with personal data. It is short because we collect very little.

Who we are

OperatorGateway runs this website. For any question or request about your data, write to inquiries@operatorgateway.com.

What we collect

Through the enquiry form: your name, agency or company name, country, e-mail address, phone number (only if you give one) and your message. The form also records the language and the page it was sent from.

If you e-mail us directly, we receive your address and whatever you write.

Why

Only to answer your enquiry and, if you decide to work with us, to continue that conversation. We do not add you to a mailing list, we never sell your details, and we share them with no one except the service providers below that are needed to deliver the message.

Legal basis: steps taken at your request before any agreement, and our legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are normally deleted within 12 months of our last exchange. If an enquiry leads to an engagement, the related correspondence is kept for as long as that engagement and any legal record-keeping duty require.

Service providers

Cloudflare delivers the website, protects it against abuse and forwards form submissions to our inbox by e-mail. Our e-mail provider stores the messages we receive. The site runs on a rented server that keeps standard technical access logs (IP address, browser type, page requested, time) for security; these logs are deleted after 14 days.

Cloudflare and our e-mail provider may process this data outside your country, including in the United States.

Cookies and analytics

The site sets no cookies of its own and uses no advertising or tracking tools. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie to tell visitors from bots. Visits may be counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify you; we only see totals, such as page views per day.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted at any time by writing to inquiries@operatorgateway.com. We reply within 30 days. If you are in the EU, the EEA, the UK or Türkiye, you may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
