Full Setup, Managed & Trained, or Setup-on-Us: Which Package Fits You?
A straightforward comparison of OperatorGateway's three ways to work together, and which type of operator each one actually suits.

We deliberately keep this to three options, because most operators fall cleanly into one of three situations. Here's how to tell which one is yours.
Full Setup — €15,000, one time
Who it's for: operators who want a clean, one-time transaction and zero ongoing relationship with us afterward.
We come to you in person, confirm scope, and collect a deposit (typically €5,000) on the spot. Over the following ~45 days, we set the account up in your own name, for your own business. No further payment is due during that period. When the account goes live, the balance is settled and the engagement ends there. The account is yours from day one, and from that point the login, the payouts and the control are yours alone. You're free to run it however you like, with no further involvement from us unless you choose to bring us back in later.
This is the right choice if you already have the internal know-how (or the appetite to learn) to run listings, pricing, and customer communication yourself, and you'd rather pay once than owe anything monthly.
Managed & Trained — €2,000/month, open-ended
Who it's for: operators who already have a GetYourGuide account — through us or otherwise — and want it actively managed rather than left to run on autopilot.
This covers listing and pricing optimization, review generation strategy, and hands-on training for your team, on an ongoing month-to-month basis with no fixed commitment length. It's the option most operators add after their first few months on the platform, once they've seen firsthand how much day-to-day attention (price testing, responding quickly to reviews, adjusting for seasonality) actually affects booking volume.
Setup, On Us — €0 upfront, 50% ongoing share
Who it's for: operators confident in their product and their ability to deliver a great in-person experience, but not in a position (or not interested) to pay a large sum upfront.
We set up the account in your own name at no upfront cost. In exchange, we take a 50% ongoing share in the business it generates: the bookings and revenue going forward, under a written agreement between us. The account itself, its login and its payout bank account stay in your name. Everything in the Managed & Trained package — optimization, review strategy, training — is included at no separate charge, because our own return depends directly on the account performing well.
This is genuinely the higher-risk, higher-upside option for us, which is exactly why it only makes sense for operators we're confident can execute well on their end: reliable pickups, well-maintained vehicles or boats, and a team that treats customer service as seriously as we do.
