How the engagement runs
Three stages. A deposit at the start, the rest when your account goes live.

We come to you in person to confirm scope and collect a deposit (e.g. €5,000) on the spot. Your flight and lodging costs for our visit are your own.

We set the account up in your own name, for your own business, during this period.

The account goes live in your name and the balance is settled. From then on the login, the payouts and the control are yours alone. The engagement ends there — no ongoing dependency, unless you choose the management package below.

Yes. GetYourGuide blocks direct applications from ten countries, including these three, but we set up a working supplier account in your own name, for your own business — the account, its payouts, and the business are entirely yours from day one.
Which countries does GetYourGuide restrict from applying directly?
As of GetYourGuide's current Supply Partner policy: Türkiye, Egypt, Morocco, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Kenya, Myanmar, United Arab Emirates, and Tanzania.
How much does it cost?
Full Setup is €15,000 total — a €5,000 deposit collected in person on order, balance due when your account goes live. An equity option (€0 upfront, 50% ongoing share in the business) is also available. See all three packages above.

Who owns the account?
The operator does, entirely. The account is opened in your own name from day one and payouts go directly to your own bank account. Once it's live the login is yours alone — we don't keep access or take a commission on bookings.
